9–12 Months From Event: Start Strong

Book a full skin consultation with me! I am a 20 year experienced CRNA and skin care professional. I’ll assess your goals, skin concerns, and timeline, then build a plan that fits you—not just the calendar. 

Whether your focus is texture, tone, scarring, or glow, this first step ensures your treatments build on each other.

🌙 Tretinoin

Start using a tretinoin (if you’re not already). Tretinoin speeds up cell turnover, improves fine lines, fades dark spots, and helps refine skin texture. 

Because it can cause irritation when you first start, this early window gives your skin time to adjust gradually.

6–9 Months From Event: Test and Build

💉 Botox (First-Timers: 7–9 Months Out)

If you’ve never had wrinkle relaxers before, this is the perfect time to try. 

Botox or Daxxify works by temporarily relaxing muscles that cause expression lines—think forehead, frown lines, crow’s feet. Trying it now gives you time to see how your face responds, how long it lasts, and what dose gives you the results you like.

💧 Dermal Filler (6 Months Out)
