Meet Tiffany Sharp, CRNA Founder of KnoxGlow Aesthetics

I'm Tiffany Sharp, a Board Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), advanced practice nurse, and the founder of KnoxGlow Aesthetics. I spent the first part of my career in hospital anesthesia, which means I know vascular anatomy, medication interactions, and pain management at a level most aesthetic injectors simply don't have. A CRNA is one of the most advanced clinical credentials in nursing, requiring a master's degree, years of critical care experience, and national board certification. That foundation isn't incidental to what I do here. It directly shapes every treatment I perform.

When I transitioned into aesthetics, I brought that clinical standard with me. Whether I'm placing a Botox injection, performing a Morpheus8 session, or setting up an IV drip, I approach every procedure with the precision and care I'd apply in an operating room. I understand how tissues respond to injectables, where vascular structures live in the face, and how medications interact in the body. That knowledge is the difference between a treatment that looks natural and one that doesn't, and it's the reason patients who've had poor experiences elsewhere tend to find their way here.

I opened KnoxGlow in 2021 because I saw a gap. Patients in Knoxville deserved access to medical-grade aesthetic treatments in a setting that felt personal and unhurried, not like a production line. KnoxGlow is a boutique practice. I see one patient at a time. I do all the work myself. I don't rush, I don't upsell, and I don't believe in cookie-cutter treatment plans. Every consultation starts with a real conversation about your goals, your concerns, and your lifestyle, and the treatment plan that comes out of it is built around you specifically.
